Refund/Return Policy

All Brampton Technology Products are guaranteed to be free from material defects for 1 Year from the date of purchase.

Goods Eligible for credit refund:

• Your refund will be for the purchase price only.
• Must be returned within 30 days from the order purchase date.
• If new and unused, return item(s) must be in the original package and container and must be accompanied with the original packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, then please include a piece of paper with your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning.  If you do not include your packing slip, then we may not be able to locate your order, which could cause a delay in your refund.
• If partially used, please contact us prior to returning any products for refund at info@bramptontechnology.com. Let us know your order number and reason for return.   Upon return authorization return item(s) must be in the original package and container and must be accompanied with the original packing slip.   If you do not have your packing slip, then please include a piece of paper with your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning.  If you do not include your packing slip, then we may not be able to locate your order, which could cause a delay in your refund.

Product returned for credit refund may be denied eligibility for any reason including, but not limited to the conditions above. If denied for any reason, the customer will be notified of the return being received by Brampton Technology, Ltd. and be given an explanation for the denial.
