Brampton first developed HF-100 which was chemically engineered for the sole purpose of safely installing golf grips in 1996.
About Us
The Grip Solution
It was engineered to activate the adhesives on the grip tape allowing the grip to be easily installed. Before its introduction, highly flammable and toxic solvents, such as gasoline, naphtha and rubber cement were the norm. These products not only emitted harmful fumes but were easily absorbed through the skin.
The gripping areas of most golf establishments were both safety and fire hazards. HF-100 effectively solved these problems, in fact HF stands for Hazard Free.
HF-100 is a low VOC blend of surfactants, emollients, isoparaffins, and water. This makes HF-100 nonflammable, non-toxic, and non-ozone depleting. Proper use of HF-100 can reduce VOC emissions by up to 70% and its slower evaporation rate reduces ventilation requirements.
HF-100 creates a safer workspace and is more environmentally friendly than competing grip solvents. HF-100 does not have any shipping restrictions making distribution easier and faster.
When used as directed, HF-100 is very economical, and requires less volume than standard solvents. It is also odorless and colorless and works with any double-sided grip tape.
HF-100 can also be used to install grips on a variety of different products, from bike and motorcycle grips, ski poles and sporting equipment etc.
